2. Services

We provide residential pressure washing services in Sydney. Our services include but are not limited to driveway cleaning, patio washing, roof and fence cleaning, and general exterior surface cleaning.

3. Quotes & Payments

  • All quotes are provided free of charge.

  • Payment is required upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept Card

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 3 days in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure clear access to the areas to be cleaned.

  • Customers should remove any fragile or valuable items from the cleaning area.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions such as weak surfaces or loose materials.

5. Liability & Guarantees

  • We take great care in our work, but we are not liable for damage to surfaces that are already compromised or improperly maintained.

  • We guarantee our workmanship. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 2 weeks so we can address your concerns.

  • We are fully insured, covering accidental damage caused by our team.

6. Weather Conditions

  • Service appointments may be rescheduled in case of extreme weather conditions that prevent safe operation.

7. Safety & Compliance

  • Our team follows strict safety protocols and complies with local regulations.

  • Customers must inform us of any potential hazards on their property.

8. Termination of Services

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if conditions are unsafe or if our team faces any form of harassment.
