At Total Blast Pressure Washing, we are committed to delivering high-quality pressure washing services. If you are not satisfied with our service, we offer the following refund policy.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to meet customer expectations with every job. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 2 weeks so we can assess and address your concerns.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The service was not completed as agreed.

  • There is evidence of unsatisfactory workmanship that we are unable to rectify.

  • A service was canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Customer dissatisfaction due to pre-existing conditions of surfaces that cannot be restored.

  • Services that were completed as agreed but did not meet unrealistic expectations beyond our control.

  • Cancellations made outside the allowed cancellation period.

4. Resolution Process

If you are unsatisfied with our service:

  1. Contact us at 0403 111 108 within 2 weeks of service completion.

  2. Provide details of the issue, along with any supporting photos.

  3. We will assess the situation and determine whether a re-service, partial refund, or full refund is appropriate.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with 3 days notice.

  • Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • If we must cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative appointment or a full refund.
